Responsible operator address
Ashaiman Official Town, Ghana
Landmark: Unique Chapel
Paul Saviour Savz, owner/operator of PAULSAVZ. DPC registration status remains unconfirmed and pending owner action. This notice does not claim registration, certification or legal approval.
Scope
This notice covers the public Paulsavz corporate website.
Paul Saviour Savz is the owner/operator of PAULSAVZ and responsible operator of the public website. PAULSAVZ is the public business name; it is not described here as a registered legal entity.
Owner-selected notice effective date: 2026-09-08. This remains an interim draft requiring legal review; the date is not a statement that the notice has been published or legally approved.
Separate products and operational tools, including the linked Paulsavz POS service, are outside this restricted public website and may need their own notices. Following a link to another service does not make its accounts or data collection part of this website.
Minimum information
The website does not collect an online enquiry.
There are no enabled personal-information fields or submission forms in this public release. If you choose to contact Paulsavz by Call or WhatsApp, the approved enquiry scope is limited to the information below, as relevant to your request. Information you share through those channels is handled outside the website.
- 01Service or request scope
- 02Name
- 03Phone number
- 04Town or area relevant to the request
- 05Preferred Call or WhatsApp contact method
- 06Relevant timing
Disabled collection
Email and uploads are not part of the current enquiry pathway.
Email collection is disabled until the public email workflow is confirmed. File uploads—including filename metadata—remain disabled until secure upload, access, file and malware validation, retention and deletion controls are approved and tested.
How it is used
Off-site enquiry information stays connected to the request.
The owner-approved purpose for information shared by Call or WhatsApp is to assess and respond to the enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a requested site survey or service, and provide necessary service communications. The static website does not create a lead record or notify an enquiry inbox.
The approved access policy restricts enquiry handling to the owner and explicitly authorised enquiry staff. Data-rights requests are handled by the PAULSAVZ owner or an authorised enquiry/data-rights handler. Health, recruitment and candidate, employer, store, payment and unrelated roles do not inherit access.
Marketing choice
Marketing permission is separate and optional.
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or asking for a service does not provide marketing consent. If a marketing choice is offered in future, it must be a distinct optional choice. Declining it will never prevent a quotation, site survey, service request or necessary service communication.
Lead retention
Retention policy is separate from website storage.
Website: Restricted Public V1 does not provide online intake and does not intentionally retain submitted personal information. It has no lead database or automated lead-deletion process. Technical hosting information is separate from submitted enquiry information.
Call logs and notes: PAULSAVZ-controlled records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, requested service, follow-up or necessary business records, then manually deleted when no longer required, subject to applicable exceptions. PAULSAVZ does not control the telephone provider’s own call-record retention.
WhatsApp: this is an external, visitor-initiated channel. PAULSAVZ-controlled copies, notes or records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, service, follow-up or required business records, then manually deleted subject to applicable exceptions. PAULSAVZ does not control or promise deletion of WhatsApp’s platform-level records.
Unconverted lead personal information: the approved rule remains deletion 12 months after the last meaningful activity unless a documented exception applies. This specific rule also applies to PAULSAVZ-controlled Call or WhatsApp records that fall within that category; the general necessary-retention wording does not replace it.
The 12-month rule does not automatically apply to converted customers or contractual, transaction, warranty, support, tax/accounting or other required records. No new fixed schedule is asserted for those records or for external-provider records. Documented exceptions may apply where retention is required or reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud/security investigation, disputes, accounting/business records or other legitimate documented requirements.
Service providers and external channels
Static hosting and contact links have different data flows.
The owner-confirmed public-V1 provider scope is Cloudflare Pages for static hosting/delivery, Cloudflare’s observed network/error reporting, and telephone and WhatsApp services as external, visitor-initiated contact routes. No future provider is represented as active.
Cloudflare Pages delivers pages and locally hosted images, fonts and scripts. Serving a page involves technical request information, including the network address and requested URL. No Supabase database, authentication, payment service or application backend is connected to this public release.
Call links open a telephone handler. WhatsApp links open an external service and can include a generic prefilled service message in the URL; this site does not send a chat message on your behalf. The external service receives the link request, and information you choose to share there is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. PAULSAVZ does not operate those external providers or control their retention systems. Owner confirmation of provider scope is not a completed legal or transfer assessment.
Sensitive information
Health and recruitment submissions are unavailable.
Health pages provide general educational information only. There is no health-question submission, private messaging, diagnosis or emergency-response service here.
Careers pages are informational: no live vacancy application, candidate profile, CV upload or employer self-service posting is available.
Do not send private health information, candidate information, CVs, applications, identity documents, passwords, one-time codes or banking details through the general Call or WhatsApp enquiry channel.
Fail-safe handling
Quote and site-survey requests use Call or WhatsApp only.
Online intake is disabled in the static release, not a form waiting for credentials. Choosing a contact link does not submit an enquiry to a website database, upload a file, create an account or produce a payment. The website makes no claim that an enquiry has been received or stored.
Analytics and cookies
The website does not enable application analytics or tracking.
No application analytics, advertising pixel, behavioural tracker, session recorder, fingerprinting, cross-site tracker or marketing cookie is enabled. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity and similar tools are not enabled. No optional-tracking consent banner is displayed. Provider network-error reporting is described separately below and is not represented as nonexistent.
Essential storage and security
No application cookie or browser-storage record is required.
The verified public release sets no application cookies and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or application database in the browser. There are no authenticated public or administrative sessions in this release. Browsers can still cache static files and retain ordinary navigation history; these are not a website lead store. No system can promise absolute security.
Operational logs
Hosting can process technical request and error information.
The verified Cloudflare preview sends Network Error Logging (NEL) and Report-To response headers. Supporting browsers may send network-failure reports to Cloudflare. This provider reporting is distinct from application analytics and does not mean the website receives an enquiry.
The owner-approved logging policy excludes sensitive form contents, health information, candidate information, credentials, tokens and unnecessary personal information. Exact provider fields, access, retention and the final production reporting behavior still require review; this notice does not claim that all hosting logs are absent or automatically deleted by the website.
Access, correction, export and deletion
Use the approved phone or WhatsApp channel.
Call or WhatsApp PAULSAVZ on +233 24 532 2836 to request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of personal information connected to an enquiry. The PAULSAVZ owner or an authorised enquiry/data-rights handler handles the request through telephone or WhatsApp.
Before disclosure, correction or deletion, the handler uses reasonable identity/contact verification. The handler searches PAULSAVZ-controlled enquiry records using the verified name, telephone number and relevant enquiry details. Eligible records are manually deleted or redacted by the responsible handler.
Records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud/security investigation, dispute handling, accounting/business records or other legitimate documented requirements. There is no online rights-request form, automated export or automated deletion, and no promise to delete external providers’ records.
Rights and complaints
Manual handling does not waive applicable legal rights.
Applicable rights under Ghana’s Data Protection Act include access, correction, qualifying deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent where relied upon, and prevention of processing or other remedies where the Act provides them. The site makes no solely automated decisions with significant effects on people.
Section 35 access requests must be handled promptly and within 40 days of receipt, subject to section 35(5). A section 39 written notice concerning unwarranted damage or distress requires a written response within 21 days. These are specific statutory periods, not one deadline for every request. Use written WhatsApp where writing is required; a call can start the process.
Raise concerns with the owner or an explicitly authorised handler through Call or WhatsApp. You may also complain directly to the Ghana Data Protection Commission through dpc.gov.gh; completing the internal process first is not required.
The 12-month unconverted-lead rule is not a minimum entitlement to retain data: earlier deletion or de-identification is required when no lawful retention basis remains. PAULSAVZ remains responsible for its own processing and information processed on its behalf, even though independent providers control their own records.
